I eat unhealthy foods a lot, but in small portions, and I eat healthy foods (mostly fruits) even more, but in small portions.

Would that be considered healthy? :uhoh:

I actually started going vegetarian a few days ago... :smug:

I'm trying to train myself not to eat meat. My friend is a vegetarian, with the exception of Bacon, because no one can live happily without bacon... :laugh3:

Really? I can't stand bacon. :inquisitive:

For a second there I thought you were making a joke.

:S Confusing.....

I do eat healthy, but not because I'm on a "diet" or anything like that, it's my style of life, I eat lots of vegetable and fruits, but also lots of proteins such as fish, chicken and beef. And of course bread and stuff like beans, corn, etc So yeah I have a quiet balanced and healthy diet.

I wish I had the time to eat more healthy....but currently I get easily stressed, so whenever I get home from work I am not bothered to cook anything special anymore.....plus: sometimes I find it so stupid to cook nice expensive things just for your own...:disappointed:

anyways....I really care about what I eat...but it's not that I eat many fruits and vegetables...I could eat more of that...but I don't eat that many sweets either...fact is: I do not really eat much during the week
