November 12, 200916 yr Crests, you 24hr post count.... i just noticed. WTF?! You must live my CP live over 3 times a day  How do you find the time?? :stunned:
November 12, 200916 yr I tried to get my friends into Mew, they didn't like them (freaks) but more for me than!
November 12, 200916 yr I don't know! I don't see how it is possiblt to not like something about them :P
November 12, 200916 yr Damn you canada! >;0 Just kidding.. I like our neighbore to the North. Mew needs to tour more around there, seriously. What better way to raise awareness and gain more fans? :(
November 12, 200916 yr That's because you guys say "Eh?" a lot. Learning American and British English was hard enough, poor boys can't learn canadian English too. :cry2:
November 12, 200916 yr No, it's not very different at all, actually. It'd be a breeze, so I hope they make their way over there more often. Until then you can do what Mexican and Australian Frengers did: START A MYSPACE PAGE (or find one) THAT BRINGS CANADIAN MEW FANS TOGETHER AND GETS THEIR ATTENTION!!! They're sure to make more of an effort promoting themselves. Maybe tour with a top Canadian indie band? Arcade Fire, perhaps? Broken Social Scene? Metric? Maybe not a perfect fit, but it's something.
November 12, 200916 yr Whoohoo, me is back! The gig was great. The setlist was the longest and it was energetic show, but to me it seemed so short. Bo was chatty, and even Jonas spoke a few times on stage. :) I just wanted it to last whole night long. Why can't it?!!! ;) Anyway, it was great meeting some new Frengers there, seeing Mew on the stage (even smaller than Brussels) again. But it was packed, SOLD OUT, so I am very happy and they said that they would be back really soon. O.O It was Dr. Watts Birthday yesterday so the whole audience sang happy Birthday to him, I have a little video of that. No good pictures this time, I took my small camera so pics are all blurry. BUT, guy you won't believe it. I met JOOOONAAS! LMAO! It was outside, after the gig, a few streets away from the venue, the bunch of us was just standing and chatting (and I guess eating) and walks by Jonas all by himself. I didn't even realized for few minutes that he was standing there talking to Ally and Neige. So, in the end we had a little chat and I have my picture with him. ;) So all 3 members plus Nick, go into my MEW collection. I can't believe that it is finished for me. :( I could do this every week (watch them perform). Sigh. http://s208.photobucket.com/albums/bb135/jazzymax_photos/MewinAmsterdam09/?action=view¤t=611d8b48.flv
November 12, 200916 yr Awwww, cool - sounds like everyone's singing "Happy Birthday Nichol-arse" :D That's great you had such a wonderful gig Jas, and that you met JB of course !!!! :o You have all the luck when it comes to Mew  Has this been posted here today, (I'm too lazy to check) from Sheperds Bush
November 12, 200916 yr Hehe, that was the cheapest but the best-est pair of socks ever. ;) If I ever see them again I am buying a pair for you. What is your size? :D

I would if I could get myspcae :P
November 12, 200916 yr JEALOUS OF YOUR ENCOUNTER AND JEALOUS OF YOUR SHOWS!!! :( *sigh* Well, there are plenty of Canadian frengers that should do it. I mean, Mew's been there a few times, but they don't have much of a fanbase...even my Canadian friends arent into them. :\ Wait.. except for one. :D I recently got him into their music, so maybe I'll have him do it! :D
November 12, 200916 yr Ye gads, Kite. What a massive photo. Thanks for sharing. And I want to see them in December in Chicago, Jazz. But I'm not quite sure I'll make it. I already have the tickets, so here's hoping.
November 12, 200916 yr You have to girl, you have to. It is an amazing experience seeing them live. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

If they were to tour with Metric.....I WOULD DIE! That's two of my three favorite bands. :dead:
