January 10, 200719 yr Chris I've a question for you... The cover of X&Y has been made with the Baudot code (according to what I read in another thread on coldplaying... )... So the question is: I'd like you to explain us why did you choose such cover and in general how do you choose the cover pics of Coldplay's album. Thanks. Mike from France
January 10, 200719 yr Ok...don't know if someone already came out with this: which is the song by another singer or band you wish you had written and why? and considering your studies background...if you could reincarnate, which important historical character would you like to be?
January 11, 200719 yr I have one querry: why are we putting these questions, ..as no one answers them..?
January 11, 200719 yr Queiry I have one querry: why are we putting these questions, ..as no one answers them..? Moreover, what time will this interview on BBC 1 on 18th with Chris occur ? We don't know it yet :( , in order to listen to it with great pleasure.
January 12, 200719 yr :laugh3: Chris, would you still let Tim Rice-Oxley play the piano and keyboard?
January 12, 200719 yr Ok finally here's my question, and it's taken a news story to think it up http://www.coldplaying.com/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3205 "Given EMI's plan to cut costs following a slump in sales, who needs who more, Coldplay or your record company?" I dare CM to answer that one!
January 13, 200719 yr Excellent one Ian ;) I would really like to listen to him answering this Heh, I for myself would say the company needs Coldplay more. That is a really interesting question. I bet Chris would answer it and then make a joke about it. :D
January 14, 200719 yr The music dies for EMI’s Nicoli And then along came this (I must be psychic) http://www.coldplaying.com/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3208 Poor Christmas sales are the least of the problems facing EMI’s Eric Nicoli. The long-term decline of CD sales means the firm needs a basic rethink, writes Paul Durman When Chris Martin wrote Fix You for the last Coldplay album, X&Y, he almost certainly was not thinking of Eric Nicoli, the boss of the group’s record company, EMI. However, shareholders in EMI could be forgiven for believing otherwise: When you try your best but you don’t succeed When you get what you want but not what you need When you feel so tired but you can’t sleep Stuck in reverse ... Could it be worse? http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2095-2546006_1,00.html
January 14, 200719 yr (I must be psychic) Quick, give me the lotto numbers! Hello fuckwits at EMI, A Coldplay DVD would probably make a few quid, if only they had recorded a show on their Twisted Logic tour. Oh well, guess you just have to start shopping at Wal Mart and sending your kids to public school.

Agree on that one... should have, could have, only you didn't.... I guess they have to learn the hard way... :P :D So here's another question ... Since you have started up your own headquarters, have you thought about your own record company?
January 14, 200719 yr A question about cars...:P (My passionate side's talking right now...) Well, Chris, you drive a BMW X5... Which engine is it? And could you tell us which cars you owned since you got your license driver.

January 18, 200719 yr Hi Chris, i'm Florencia, from Argentina. I was wondering if you could you tell us who will be your supporting band or artist in South America?
January 18, 200719 yr Hi Chris. Several independant musicians who are also members of http://www.coldplaying.com, the largest unofficial Coldplay site on the net, have gotten together to make an album to raise money for the various causes supported by the Coldplaying Charity Club. The album is tentatively titled 'Let's Put A Smile Upon Their Faces', and will hopefully be available sometime in the Spring. It would mean the world to all of us involved if you wished us luck on the air!! Thanks for inspiring other artists to work together for a better world!:D Tracie Morgan 36, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
