holy hell did this movie disturb me. i get free movies on my television so out of curiousity i watched it. blah, that's some twisted stuff. made me really depressed. :?

aren't there like six episodes or something? did you see them all? how long was it? ah hell i don't know the first damn thing about it, other than that i'm terribly curious about it.

i keep thinking bout buying the dvd..but...meh..not that huge a matrix fan nor an anime fan

i got it for my birthday, its probably the darkest anime I've ever seen... 9 episodes in all...

yeah, this stuff was pretty dark. especially the whole telling of how robots came to rule. that was mental!

Are these episodes animated the same as Final flight of the Osiris? or are they more cartoonish?

Final Flight of the Osiris is the only one in CGI. Each one is animated differently. One of them was filmed and then sketched over in pencil. That was really cool. Most are animes, but each has a different production team, and have different styles. There are a lot of similarities, but Final Flight of the Osiris looks the most different of them all, since it was made by the same people who made the Final Fantasy movie.

Interesting. I think I better check them out then.

i liked it, my fav was the 2 parter about the rise of the machines, i dont know why i like it so much since its sooo sad and really creepy

mine was either the kid's story, or detective's story

the rise of the machines story was definitely my favourite, even though yeah - it was the creepiest like you said. lol.

The Second Renaissanse was brilliant. It put a deep impression on me.. Hard to explain. :shock:

all 9 stories is cool. But i don't understand it much well while you watching it and then..bang It's just end like that

i love "the detective story" Trinity look soooo cool

i know it was all just animated, but when they are talking about the first robot to turn against humans and they show him killing the cats and stuff. grrr that made me sick.

he killed people to you know, the part i thought was freaky was the humans killing all the robots

yeah, both parts were freaky... when those people who were beating up that girl who was a robot, etc. ...it was a little disturbing for me. even though it's animated... :?

lol. i know the robot killed humans too! that was sick when he crushed the woman's face. it's just that why did he have to kill the cats!? sniff.

 

and yeah, the one shot of a guy putting a gun to a robots head. that was weird. yeesh! very disturbing movie!
