I'm 19 and I really dont want to turn 20 next year...Maybe its cos it means I'm officially in my 20s and should be a proper adult? but maybe its just the fact I'm turning 20 and at this point in time, I feel I have accomplished nothing important. Next year, god I hope I turn some things in my life around.

A lot of people turning 20 next year.

It seems to be a pretty big year, I know I'm a little hesitant to the thought.

Its like, turning 10 wasnt worth thinking about, and now 20 is a first milestone. Its kinda weird, a whole new digit. Finishing the teenage years.

Well these are the kind of thoughts that a psychoanalytical person goes through, I rarely feel them.

its cool getting older.. dont worry about it !

Anwyasy I am finishing now...

Bon nit as they would say here in Catayuna

O reilly

i just noticed you avi

you look

like a certified retard in that picture

Like I can almost hear your autistic self: " duuuurrrrrrrrr"

It really is

But I know you are a good looking guy. That is the only reason I am saying that.

it's just that picture :vanish: :uhoh:

Hahaha, its kind of an inside joke, me and my friend used to do this Angry Retard routine where we'd try and give the middle finger in the same way a retard would. We'd struggle and kindof get there, looking completely tarded.

We're so cruel. And we like that.

It was hilarious, so nothing.

Its just the thought of you hearing that buzzword: Rave.

And I think the exact same thing when I hear it: No.

Very negative towards anything to do with that word, and it cracked me up, hahaha. Especially as you really wanted her to call him and you were really positive and optimistic about it, and then suddenly:

Rave.

And then suddenly:

No.

Funny as hell.

well...G what was the boy thinking inviting her to a rave off the bat.

maybe though that is his scene... where he feels most comfortable. So I am just hoping he is not a freak and he doesn't entice pretty girls to raves where they well never be seen again.

Oh trust me. It was funny to me when he said it too.. but then I felt bad because it seems he really likes it.. so it just sounds mean. It's almost as someone saying that they won't go with you somewhere because you like Coldplay:laugh3:

hahah

If anyone ever said negatives towards Coldplay and me character... well I would say/sing

"I'm gonna buy a gun, and see you dead..blame it on a violent rush of blood to the head"

"I'm gonna buy a gun' date=' and see you dead..blame it on a violent rush of blood to the head"[/quote']

Y'see if Coldplay ever dared in their wildest dreams to be a bit more risquee, like that, then maybe I wouldnt see them as a bunch of fishy pussy's.

Simple as.

See? Get it?

yeah. I mean, with lyrics like: "I'm gonna buy a gun..."

You would THINK they could head somewhere dangerous.

when really, it turns out to be a song playing for a PITA advertisement.

In 1994 I thought "Oh, it's ok, 14 is not that bad. But when I'm 15, that'll be old indeed". And then I think the same about being 15 and turning 16 and every year is the same. Now I'm turning 17 and I seriously think that being 17 is too close to being 16, but when I'll turn 18... That will be a real change. Though I know in 2008 I'll change my mind. I guess that's because I don't really feel like a 17 year old girl. One part of me stopped growing somewhere in my 12. And another one is about 30 and has a midlife crisis. So I don't really care if I'm 16, 18 or 21. The only problem with being 17 is that I have to go to uni and I have no idea what should I do.

Holy god lera, my head is absolutely spinning after that. Really.

i had nothing to contribute to this thread until a second ago i read something somewhere and yeah.

turning 10 was huge - the whole 2 digit thing

turning 13 was big - becoming a teenager

.. 16 was even bigger - sweet 16 and all that.

18 was great - passing over the teen stage and merging as an adult

20 was momentus - entering the 20s, no longer a teen and having all these responsibilities pressed upon me by law that i really don't care about.

but all that aside, time is constant and everyone is getting older by the minute...by the minute...this minute, you are older than a minute ago...i've exhausted this point.

but yes, i don't care about getting older because it's going to happen no matter how much i don't/do want it to, just as long as i stay the same, like i don't actually consciously change just because i'm "getting older"

age is just a number, a state of mind. hopefully this makes sense, it's kinda all over the place.

I think you really AGE when things actually happen. Like life altering things.

When the numbers and birthdays roll around, you will never ever really feel the difference. I mean, say we were born feb 29th and had to deal with leap years...would we really feel 4 when we have actually loved triple the amount? Nah.

So numbers really don't count. I guess I would age myself at 49

mmhh... i'm 15 and well, uhhmm... i kinda feel old.

it's not that i look old, but ... i cannot wait to start my actual life. i still have to go to school for 3.5 years though.

grr... i wish i could just move out and live on my mown. it's not a fucking teenage thought. i'm serious.

however... ageing.

erm... it's not too bad until you turn 25. i think life ends at the age of 25. lol.

if you haven't fulfilled your dreams until you're 25 then your life has pretty much no sense.

(what the fuck did i just type?!)

can't wait to turn 16 though. i can finally buy beer then. hrhr. less than a month left...

The age thing never was a problem for me...I was always amongst the youngest ppl in my class, so never felt old really

:smug:

I'm 21 but I look like if I was 18... so I don't have any problem with my age... :P

same, i'm 20 but people think i am the youngest, even after seeing my younger sister who is 17

I'm 21 but I look like if I was 18... so I don't have any problem with my age... :P

So I've noticed ;)
