What's this?

 

Basically a random mix of songs that i like. to be exact... songs that were released/leaked in the last month. i can't really describe how it sounds like, or what's the genre of this mix, it contains everything from alternative to indie rock and from ambient to pop. a bit of this and a bit of that ;)

what should be the first theme?

 

my suggestion: let's start with a popular one

My suggestion for an easy universal theme would be something like "This is me" or "This is my life"... A collection of songs with a lot of personal meaning or a story behind them, or that you think represents who you are right now. It would make for a good warmup.

 

Some other random ideas- music for a certain point in time- like waking up in the morning, or falling asleep to at night.

 

How about a 'beat the winter blues' theme... best uplifting stuff?

 

Or a 'this was my trip' theme... stuff that you listened to on a trip or that reminds you of a certain trip or tells the story of a trip?

 

I could go on if you like....

i like the uplifting and the trip suggestions!

another question:

 

how should we do this?

 

1) everyone posts at least 9-10 songs

or

2) only 2-3 and in the end we have an ultimate mixtape of 17-18 songs or something like that
