my sister has had sooo many hamsters... they die so quickly... most of them were teddybear hamsters or dwarf hamsters... there was a different kind of hamster that she had, i forget what kind it was, but it was the kind that could grow longer hair. This hamster's hair was growing longer, until when it would pee, it wouldnt even reach the cedar shavings, it would just get soaked up into its fur. One day my dad looked into the cage and saw that it had become this huge yellow chunky ball of fur, and he set it on the ground, opened up the door and said "you're free, go on now" and the big ball of chunky yellow fur walked out the door and we never saw it again. My sister hasnt had any hamsters since...

I had three Hamsters..only two of them were mine the other one was everyones. Mine were called Rolo and Polo and the other one was called Minx..minx kinda looked like a mouse though. We used to let them hang on christmas tree decorations. Once we tried to get Rolo and minx to be friends and minx nearly slashed rolos eye out, then a couple of months later she died :( they are all dead now tho...

I've always wanted to put one in a blender and see how long it took to cut up.... :shock:

that reminds me.. there was this girl in my class that told us a story about how her hamster ate her babies and then her dad put it in the microwave..

I have bad experiences with hamsters :lol:

I was sleeping over at a friend's house once, and in the middle of the night her hamster got out of its cage and I woke up with it scurrying all over me :shock:
