March 21, 200719 yr French elections... They just want to be president cos the place is... I'd say safe... this is how Chirac escape going to jail, as far as I can remember... They promise loads of things, and then, when they're president, they betray their own words. I definitely can't vote for people I can't trust. Nothing tells me they'll kepp their words when they'll be president. So, I dunno for who I should vote... and what's more, even if the next president will have an effect on us, I honestly don't even care... I'm aware that having a political opinion is important... but what if you don't have one or if you're not interested at all? Well, at least I'll try to go voting that day... I'll try not to forget...

March 23, 200719 yr I know people that pay I.S.F. They deserve what they earn because they work very hard. It's normal if they pay this extra income tax to help the government. As for underdogs, I also know people that take advantage of all the money they cash (different helps) because they earn less than the minimum salary (part-time job, unemployed, or others). It seems they don't feel like working to earn some more money and prefer to stay at home watching TV whereas working people pay for them with their income taxes. :veryangry2:

First, i know extrem left won't have the power, as their not a majority, but they can weight on the national debate. I think liberalism is the worse thing that exists, how can you support poverty ??? How can you support, people dies because of globalisation ??? I'm not saying you must close the borders, i just think we can share, we can have a fairer world than the one we're living in. Capitalism is the curse of the modern world. I do think we have to fight against it. I'll vote for Royal if she goes on the 2nd tour, but i don't think we can accept so easily the society, and just deal with liberalism. Sarkozy and Chirac have a stormy political relationship: once the president's protege, the interior minister is now campaigning on a pledge to break with his 12 years in power, insisting he is not Chirac's natural "heir".
