i do the same... and with a little help of my musician father :P as i'm a guy fan and i try to get the same sound he gets, i try to watch on which fret he plays ;)

 

now i'll say a little thing about yellow... but i think it's the same :)

i do the same on yellow chorus, only the final note of the chorus i play E on the 4th string...

 

and the verse, as i could see... he plays... almost everything on the 4th string,

 

frets ---> 7, 2, 0

 

when chris sings he plays on the 4th, the 7th fret; and then he goes to the 3rd string playing 9 and 7 fret; (and this is a conclusion i got) on the final sentence of each verse (eg. 'so then i took my turn' and 'i drew a line') he plays exactly as the beginning (everything on the 4th string)

Well, its the same i geuss only other string.

 

But, i told i only listen the song for tis number.

Yellow is easy on the verse..although, i do believe in the verse he plays the F# on the A string (ie. 9th fret). However, i do believe he alternates. Nevertheless, thankyou for the tabbingness of the chorus..hopefully it is correct. Cheers.
