^ uuuh, Pink Floyd are not instrumental.. plus she said: "fav band which don't really sing"

Anyway, my favorite instrumental bands are Explosions In The Sky, Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Yndi Halda.. I love these bands dearly!

And I also love Sigur Ros.. but I figure you already know about them.

I know. But if you'll listen to Pink Floyd you'll see they play a lot without singing, like in "Atom Heart Mother".

you are right, so here we can add also Mike Oldfield... not all his songs are instrumental but most of them yes.

The Shadows moving onto the solo work of Hank Marvin.

Well I love Pink Floyd and Mike Oldfield, but they're not really instrumental. I'd say Explosions In The Sky and Godspeed You ! Black Emperor. And i'll add early Porcupine Tree.

I've been recently getting into Mogwai, I'm gonna listen to Godspeed Black Emporer, from what I hear there supposed to be even better than Sigur Ros

Arovane

(just discovered that one)

los bosques de mi mente

destroyalldreamers

(although this one at times have some vocals... as technically they are shoegaze).

Sigur Rós is not instrumental; I would say then explosions in the sky or god speed you black emperor

Not a band really but...Jon Hopkins! :D

The Album Leaf (They do have a few songs where there are vocals, but it's mostly instrumental), Boards of Canada, Explosions in the Sky, Ratatat, Miles Davis, Joe Pass

Explosions in the Sky.
