ok ok...the story:

 

Radiohead are playing a tour next year ( we all know that)...I soooo want to see them; first problem: there are not going to play anywhere near my town. They are only playing at 2 festivals and in Berlin...(berlin is far in the east and I live in the west....)...so, I decided to go to Berlin, I almost ordered my ticket, but thought I should check whether I am on holidays then (8th of July) or not....so what? My holidays start at the 18th of July and I'm sure we are going to have our exams the weeks before....this is sooooo unfair...I wanted to go to Berlin...alone...on my own...bahhh unfair life...really...:sad:

 

 

 

I WANT TO SEE RADIOHEAD!

I have to travel from the south west all the way to smelly London :(

 

And all my gig-going mates have exams that time of year

I guess not.....because it's on a tuesday and if I have exams that week I can forget it....the only possibility is to order a ticket and hope that I won't have exams...and if I have I still can sell it....:thinking:

I have a ticket for both days in London. and may or may not go on the second day........ might sell it.

But is even Radiohead worth messing up an exam for?

and every freaking band plays in Cologne or Bonn or Oberhausen or Düsseldorf...or whatever...but not Radiohead....ahhh

Julia, what if you tell your professor well ahead of time that you'll be gone on the 8th of July, and that you'd like to take the exam earlier. If you arrange it so far in advance, maybe they can work something out?

buy the ticket and you'll see ... if you don't have any exam that week (or that day) then :dance:

 

if you have them, sell the ticket with a higher price ... someone would gladly give 60€ to see them, i'm sure!

 

i don't know how much does a ticket cost for that festival ... it might be less, i dunno. but i'd certainly raise the price when selling it (if i wasnt going, that is)
