My freind is getting married in May. I think the 19th, itd be weird if the coldplay album is out then aswell.

Because hes getting married on the 19th and i think in that magazine it said the release date would be on the same date aswell. Itd be cool if it wass out on the same day.

It's not a rule which states all new records must be released on a Monday, for example Be Here Now was released on a Thursday (and still holds the record for most copies sold in 3 days). They might want to do a world-wide release, like they do for some big films.
