I bought some more strawberries today and they're all diddy :rolleyes:

 

 

 

Well i guess they would be rather off,what with all the smog etc...

I've picked much bigger ones, but that would take summer and a trip to a u-pick to duplicate. Unless one of the ones in the garden get that big through sheer luck.

 

We'll have to revive this next summer.

 

Bah. I'm allergic to the imported ones from California for some reason. And Mom just bought a big box of them. :( I love strawberries.

That is just torture.

Yeah, it's weird... local ones don't bother me. Guess it's because they're a different variety.

 

...I just may end up eating some anyway and dealing with it.

Anna - cool! I was asking that because lots of fruit that grow laaaaarge aren't really tasty. Like once when I was eating a huge apple - it was all grainy and tasteless though it looked fine on the outside :(
