There is little more a (decent) guy loves than having a close girlfriendfriend (you know what I mean) to talk to. However it seems kinda weird that he came into your life not that long ago and its like bang he msg's you every morning and you talk for like 5 hrs...so thats definately got to mean something. But if you let the friend thing, with the morning msg's and phonecalls, continue without it developing into what you want it to that is how it will stay because you will become to close to each other meaning something more personal would be too awkward.It sounds like you are need of some coldplay; and ask yourself, what would chris do? ;)

Ok here is where my story gets...a little to overwhleming.

 

We were talking on msn and he says, you'd better go, my girlfriend just signed in. then the next day he talls me he and his girl had a fight

"If you have a back up for your relationship, does that mean your relationship is breaking up?"

"Whos your back up?"

"You"

"oh..."

 

So with a bit more talk, things get moving and i fianlly break it too him that i like him...but here's where i freak out.

in a text he says;

"Im breaking up with my girlfriend today"

I'd been thinking over the last day or two that the prospekt of being with this guys was cool but now that i might actually get the chance to be with this guy, did I actually like him, was i ready to destroy another relationship just to be with some guy?

 

truth is, i didn't really like him as much as i thought and i wasn't capable of being with a guy when i knew somewhere, some girls heart was torn to bits . I text him and said 'please, can we just be friends...please'

 

To afraid to face whatever his reply was, i turned off my phone. i waited a day, to worried to check. finally, today, i turned on my phone and there were 11 messages, all from him.

 

I'm gonna be petrified when school starts again.

Well, certainly Chris wouldn't be after a guy but for arguments sake...well, if Chris would get cold feet, and run away, to afraid to face what he'd left behind, then me and Chris aren't that different.

Rachael, if you ask me, you didn't ruin their relationship. It was just him and his girlfriend. If they didn't understand each other well enough, then their relationship didn't have a real future anyway. (I kinda complicated what I wanted to say :uhoh:)

However ... it's not bad at all that he likes you, but what he was doing to his (now probably ex) girlfriend wasn't nice from the beginning of this story.

How have things been since all this happened?

*sigh*

I've decided this whole story was one huge misunderstanding. A, I got in over my head. B, Him texting me everyday made me forget what he was like in person C,Him breaking up with his gothic girlfriend makes me worry about her D,I got cold feet, ran away and now I'm horribly afraid to face him and finally E, All my friends who could possibly support me are all out of town so I'm left to grovel by myself for two weeks...

 

Ahwell, I'll just grab a nice cup-a-tea and wait for this to all blow over...:dozey:

Sounds like a plan, it'll be okay. Everything will work itself out :)

Lets hope so...I just realised he isn't even my type pf guy (I know lame excuse, but I mean it with all honesty)...I don't know how but I convinced myslef I liked him so much, you know that time when it seems no one would have you as their girl and then when someone takes interest it doesn't matter who they are...
