Probably another car misjudging the corner going over the big green bridge (it's big and it's been painted green) roadworks hitting the barrier.

(as for the road-works, it is a rubbish lay-out, hard to drive around during the day, have a non-local during night and someone normally hits the plastic barrier, going to fast without knowing about the slight bend. Hopefully it will be completed soon :)
