Actually, I think Homer (officially) says 'NUCULAR, IT'S NUCULAR'. It's funny because the other guy pronounced it right and got corrected.

 

I'd have to check my OFFICIAL guide to the Simpsons though, and since I don't OFFICIALLY own one, I could OFFICIALLY be wrong.
