You know when you're addicted to Coldplay when you're on this forum almost everyday.

Aww, thank you! And kinda, this is more of what you would think of for chibi:

My style heavily influenced by the chibi style, but I like to think of it as my own.

You're welcome!

Ah, okay, I thought that's what Chibi looked like (wasn't sure, I haven't been keeping up on the lingo, I guess :uhoh:) That's good that you've developed your own style ^^ Whenever I draw something it's just influenced by . . . well, I guess I go for the realistic perspective? I'm as stickler for detail :sweatdrop:

Strawberry Swing Chris is awesome :awesome:

Ohhhh, okay :D

 I lied, I actually have 4 versions, I forgot about the live version from the Grammys, so:

1. Original

2. Alternate

3. Live from the Grammys

4. Instrumental

When you get to work and instantly put your All Coldplay Ipod on, just to calm yourself down from the drive in!

You're welcome!

Well, I hate realism, actually, cartooning is my specialty and also my favorite medium of art. My art teacher even let me get away with cartooning in my band poster project . . . Even though he wants me to practice my realism :P

This is that project, btw

This is old, and I was experimenting with styles at the time, which is why it's not like my more current stuff :sweatdrop:

Moving on:

When you get a Coldplay CD as a late birthday present from your best friend (and your friend is not that big a fan of Coldplay)

^ :surprised: You got to do a band poster project?! Lucky, the only 2D things we did this year were still-lifes and a self-portrait (which was actually really fun :P)

See, I'm just the opposite because I can't stand drawing cartoonish things :P

. . . When you're tearing the house apart to find your camera because you want to upload some pictures of Coldplay that you've drawn so you can get them off your overcrowded desk

^ We did, our art teacher is a big music guy (he's in a band and is a huge KISS fan.)

Remembering back to school, when you talk about Coldplay like non-stop and figure out how to tie them into your projects . . . which I did :P

^ our art teacher just has a dragon tattoo on her ankle (so boring, lol) although she listens to the Twilight soundtrack nonstop

. . . When annoying your friends with Coldplay-related subjects is a daily ocurrence

My art teacher normally has pandora going, but sometimes he will stop it if I'm in a bad mood and play some Coldplay, and no one really notices.

When you make this:

viva_pot_sides_2_by_j_m_p_16-d33i130.jpg

^ That's an awesome vase/pot/pottery item (:uhoh: is there a technical term for a square-shaped container??)

I'm hopeless at pottery :laugh4:

I am too, this was so incredibly basic :laugh3:

And it's just a pot, and thank you! :nice:

Ah, crap happens . . . And we should totally make one just for random conversation :D (it's been done before, but you know, we could still do it :P)

Back on topic, when you start smiling non-stop when you hear Coldplay in a public place, and start singing along.

We should ^^ Maybe make one in the Lounge or something . . . NO I WASN'T SUPPOSED TO CONTINUE THIS HERE!!

. . . .

That happens to me all the time :D

. . . When your parents used to worry about you when you stayed in your room for long periods of time without making the slightest noise at all, but then they finally realized that you were just trying to make the perfect Coldplay playlist and now they're not surprised when they only see you for supper before you disappear again. (wow that was a long sentence)

Also:

Any time you become even the slightest bit excited about something, your mom asks what it is that Coldplay has done now.

Again, crap happens, but sure, if you know how :P I'm a bit of noob, even if I was on coldplaying before, but I wasn't on long.

And my parents are never surprised why I'm in my room forever, especially since I've got the iPad now (digital art stuff).

When you're able to rant to your friends about how amazing it is that coldplay is coming out with new stuff and how it's better than most of the music they listen to (which is normally scream and rap).

Oh joy. Scream and rap are the best things ever. :blank:

. . . Man, I can't even type that with a straight face, let alone say it!

Most of my friends listen to country and the annoying type of pop that crawls into your brain and refuses to leave

Yeah . . . I can stand some of it, but not a lot.

Anyway:

When you start blasting Clocks for no reason and start belting out the lyrics without stopping, even if your brother's playing bagpipes to drown you out/get you to stop (not kidding, my brother plays bagpipes)

Your brother plays the bagpipes? :awesome: That's like the most random instrument ever!

. . . When 90% of everything you've ever drawn was inspired by a Coldplay song

^ it's not awesome, and yeah, it is a random instrument.

When you ask for anything Coldplay from a friend for a gift/part of an art trade.

you decide to listen Shiver, you just feel like to listen that one song..but you end up to listen all discography :dozey:  thats what happen to me now

^ The same thing just happened to me :P I was going to listen to Life In Technicolor II and wound up listening to half of my Coldplay discography (6 solid hours, in other words :surprised:)

^ im listenning its been 2hours now, and im going to sleep soon, otherwise i think i would stay more 4hours here as well listenning coldplay

When you're trying to write a completely original song. You go to your instrument and start playing riffs you think of. Then you think. No, I can't use that, it sounds too much like clocks, I can't use that one either because it sounds too much like yellow, etc.

When you're commenting a movie and write ''it combines two of the things I love: History and..'' and suddenly the word ''coldplay'' types itself down at the end. :inquisitive:
