the hitcher
Hey guys! I've just stumbled across this website, which are selling tickets to Coldplays up and coming tour. I clicked on the Liverpool gig and was quite shocked to see that ticket prices were £95, £85 and £75 :shocked2: Ticket prices are the same at each other venue aswell! Can this be true or could the site be non-official. Just thought I'd let people know. The website I stumbled across was http://www.coldplayworldtour.com Liverpool gig section (displaying ticket prices): http://www.coldplayworldtour.com/?content=products&SELmaincat_id=29&SELcat_id=104&SELoffset=0&SElink=Coldplay%20Tour%20UK%20-%20Liverpool-Echo%20Arena

Bonus_mosher
i'm getting a ticket for the first night at the o2 arena. well, I'm hoping I'm going to. but I really only have enough for that one ticket. so I'm not going to risk buying off here, when I can buy one legitimately tomorrow morning. I mean, the only thing in the CONTACT us bit, is an email address. it looks shady
the hitcher
really are the tickets going to be that expensive everywhere on that tour? :o I love Coldplay and have seen them 8 times but £95!!! It doesn't sound real to me, that's why I posted it on here. That price tag seems a little too much! If it is £95 there will be alot of fans, including me who can't afford to buy tickets
Bonus_mosher
i can't imagine them being over £60. I don't know though, I've not seen them live before how much were they before hitcher?

RunForTheHills
Erm, wow. If thats true, then I might not be able to afford tickets. Brilliant. £75 for the CHEAPEST seats? That's a joke! :dozey: I mean I can physically pay for it, but really, that is insane. I was really hoping I would have to pay £60 maximum. I've never been to a gig before, but I know daylight robbery when I see it. I guess 9:30am tomorrow we'll be finding out for sure, but I don't like making split second decisions like this. Blergh. I'll be weeping all over my debit cards like you guys I guess

Or will I have to buy tickets for the O2 Arena elsewhere? No worries if you don't know.
