Tour Schedule Has Changed

Featured Replies

Someone mentioned behind on production... but if that's the case, why even start a tour if they are not ready! Besides screwing all the fans around, they show very ass backwards management who have no respect for anyone else... very bad business on all levels. And it would be nice if Coldplay.com could get their shit together with updates!

I have to admit, this tour did come up pretty fast. It's great they are promoting their CD and all...but it would have been better if they at least waited a bit so they sorted out things. They could have prevented the cancellations and the huge amounts of disappointments fans for the changed dates. Hopefully they tour sometime soon, then I will finally get to see them live as I am missing out on this year's due to the changed date as well as numerous times before in the past.

The tour dates seem to still be in the process of being updated. I asked Debs Wild on the old Coldplay.com forum what site I should believe, and she recommended that we watch the Coldplay site for the best information. LiveNation has changed its listing for Coldplay shows again, and Philly is back on June 29 now, btw. However, there are some shows listed on Coldplay's site that are not showing up on LiveNation yet (like Orlando in November). So, I recommend taking Debs advice, because she's never let me down before, and watch the Coldplay site for the latest concert information. Sorry for the earlier freak out, but I have expensive plane tickets to Philly for June 29 because I don't have much hope for Coldplay to add North Carolina to their tour schedule, at least this year. So, I was heartbroken when that concert was being relisted on LiveNation for a July date!

there are conflicting dates all over the place and Live Nation keeps changing things around. I sent a message to Live Nation since Philadelphia is only a couple weeks away, it's freakin driving me crazy! The venue, Wachovia Center, has changed date July 25 on ticket page and June 29 on their artist page, LIve Nation has June 29, Official site June 29, so waiting for Live Nation to answer. Wachovia has answered that the date is now changed to July 25 will honor original tickets. So who is right? And I hope Debs is right, cause I have nonchangeable flight/hotel/car package! I will never book this way again! I never thought CP would not make the first night of their tour! OK, so big lesson learned here! :(

It's all so very confusing, is this the first time Coldplay used LiveNation as a sponsor?

I emailed LiveNation as well about a concert date for Toronto. I bet they are getting a lot email concerning about concert dates!

Maybe we can get things speeding along with some emails.. good idea

Here is a direct link to send Live Nation an e-mail through their website

We should rename this "The thread of confusion" for all the confused fans who don't know which end is up! :whatever:

Did someone send an email to the Coldplay manager tour????

We have no idea how to contact Coldplay's tour manager. Do you?

It seems like these Ticketmaster dates are the only firm tour dates (at least that's how I'm looking at it). Philly isn't listed for either June 29 or July 25. Do you think it's possible that this tour schedule still is not 100% firm? They only have a few days it seems to get this all straight. From Ticketmaster:

I completely understand. This is just so unreal. And absolutely no one with any power to get answers to our questions seems to give a flying fuck.
