Presales

 

Does anyone know if Coldplay's site will be doing ticket pre-sales for the new tour, like there were for previous tours? I haven't heard anything.

 

 

They used to give fans who were registered on their mailing list as of a certain date, a unique passcode to buy tickets.

 

 

I'm hoping to get good seats for any of the South Florida shows (if they even happen... so far, no FLA dates...). Last time Coldplay's pre-sale got me amazing seats in West Palm Beach.

Has anyone noticed the pre-sale option on Ticketmaster for the early dates (except Philly, which is conspicuously absent)? It says pre-sale starts Thursday...that doesn't give CP much time to email out pre-sales/passwords/notices/reminders et. al.

 

And why isn't Philly listed on ticketmaster!!! That's my show, and it's the first one!!

It's been mentioned in other thread sthat there is presale info for Best Buy Reward zone members. Unfortunately I believe you have to be a reward zome member as of May 1. ( no sure on that but read it here on coldplaying.)

Anyone have some info on the Philly show? Presale? I dont see anything on ticketmaster and the majority of the concerts start tomorrow I dont wanna miss out.

The Philly show won't be sold on Ticketmaster, it will be on Comcasttix.com

Ticket Info Needed!!!

 

I have never been to a concert in my life. I a willing to do or pay just about anything to see Coldplay in Hartford in July. Presale tickets go on sale tomorrow, but Im not part of any special memberships. Regular sale begins Saturday.

 

I do not know how to buy the tickets, how much to pay, and what seats would get me up front and close to the band.

 

If anyone has had experience with concerts and could help me out with any info that would be great. I just want to go to the concert, but if theres a way I could be up close and actually see the band, I would be willing to do it.

presale codes

 

does anyone know about what time the presale codes were posted on the best buy reward zone site?? im waiting for the code for the hartford show and i dont know if i should check it at midnight or if i should just wait til a few hours before the sale? what do ya'll think? :wink3:

i am with u..im waiting for the code for washington dc...next to it there is no hyperlink and it just says get code 5/15...

 

there are only a limited amount of codes available...does this mean for wash dc and hartford that all the codes are gone, or that they are not available yet??

im pretty sure it just means that they arent available yet. since those show's presale tickets dont go on sale until one day later than the others. im hoping that the codes will become available at 12 so i can get mine and go to sleep and wake up at a decent time for the presale! i dont want to worry about this in the morning!!

justpeachy: but there are some presales that go on sale tomorrow (thursday) that already have codes...so what ur saying doesnt make sense, which sucks!! ahhh what if this means the codes are gone and already used up

oh yeah i did notice that but i checked that site so much and then noticed that the coldplay presale codes were available so i was bummed when i couldnt get the codes for hartford then but i really just think that they arent available until 5/15 (hopefully in a few minsssss)

when did u first check to see about the codes? i just checked for the first time today at 11 pm so i figured i had waited too long...did u see that there was no link for hartford early this morning?

im afraid if i go to sleep now i will miss getting a code! haha im nuts

My brother and his friend managed to get me codes to the Philly show instantly

oh man, i called best buy tuesday morning and they had NO CLUE what i was talking about. i checked tuesday very often, then all day long today and still checking now so those dates were never available (and the others have had links all day)

yeah the philadelphia show codes were available today. there are 3 on the site that are still unavailable

Ahh I got my tickets 5 minutes ago. Im bouncing off the walls, this is awesome compared to the last tour. I remember sitting at my computer for the sale to start on the XY and tour, the them selling out before I could even have the page refresh.

justpeachy thats great news...that means that the codes arent sold out....ahhh this is annoying i dont want to wait up all night until they release them!

im with you! i might go to bed in a few and set my alarm for a few hours to get up and check. i know it sounds nuts but i will not be around on saturday to get general sale tickets and im even going into work late tomorrow for this. im in too deep hahah

well the presale does last until friday....although im sure the tickets would be gone by then
