there's no way a non US/canada citizen can buy the tickets in a normal way if the concert is not listed on ticketmaster. If you know someone living in those two countries who can buy the tickets fro you go for it, otherwise ebay seems to be the only other way.

I have to buy tickets for Tampa as well and me and my friends are relying on someone living in the US..maybe this time we will get better seats than lawn :dozey:
