As Viva was given away to people who pre-ordered the album on iTunes, it was excluded from the charts, however since it's not getting given away now, it is allowed to chart. how can it be confirmed! it's not on sale! As of the 1st January last year (I think), a song can chart just on downloads from iTunes alone, so even if the CD has long been deleted or if the said track is an album track which got used in an advert or in a tv show, it can chart.
