June 22, 200818 yr Thought some peeps that maybe don't get it would want to see. The mag is wider than my scanner, so text pages had to be scanned twice and spliced together. page 1 page 2 page 3 page 4 page 5 page 6
June 22, 200818 yr thanks! you've officially redeemed yourself after calling my bunch of prima 'Euro08' donnas :P
June 23, 200818 yr this article confirms how much of an angry liberal martin is. i cannot believe the stupidity in the blanket stereotypes he makes about americans. he sure does have all the answers, doesn't he?
June 23, 200818 yr Thank you! I just read all of that. I think I love them more and more each day. :nice:
June 23, 200818 yr if the people like media are twisting this interview to speak shit about Chris i don't mind. Because i have seen nothing bad in it to view in magnifying glasses and take wrong and hurt myself there though to blame and blame Chris in media though. i just take that media is itself a weird thing for the people in the world either in politics or celebs!
June 23, 200818 yr Wow, that's probably the most candid interview I've ever read from him. Interesting! And thanks for scanning! =) I think it's funny when he goes "Name one person thats perpetually adolescent that makes good music?" Then he goes on to talk about how much he likes Michael Jackson. ahahaha That's the one person that came to mind. But I guess they're talking in a "im so immature im going to get smashed every night" type of adolescent.
June 23, 200818 yr thanks angie :) but you didn't do your homework very well... ...i'm missing the cover :P I'll scan it when I get home tomorrow, I'm at work right now. aaah good girl
June 23, 200817 yr Author edges are cut off as RS is a wide mag, but the Chrissy bits are all there. :D
July 11, 200817 yr Thanx, the Rolling Stone mag costs 8 euros here and I am in between 2 jobs at the moment. (Thank God for Viva la Vida coming out at the right time !) (and I did buy it ) Also I did not really want the whole mag cause the review of the album sucks (it's further down some pages after the interview). It is so superficial, I believe the critic did not have time to listen properly. Surely he would write something else if his deadline was now. Thanks a lot again for the scans, it is yet another ,very generous and funny, moving interview.

In any case, I am not sure Chris actually likes MJ, it's more like he would take the songs apart to find out about the beats and the bits that are good in that music.
July 11, 200817 yr awesome interview. Thanks so much for posting. Just killed an hour or so reading it at work :)
November 18, 200817 yr I just stumbled upon this and watched the video on the Rolling Stone website! Wow, how I'd love to hear him talk for 7 hours! The bad songs come from me and my knowledge of how to write songs and the good ones come from somewhere I have no idea...
November 20, 200916 yr G'day Jonny, Amanda here from Australia. Do you happen to have the Rolling Stone interview with the "plagairism" comment? I want to quote it in a paper Im working on so i can clear Coldplays name. [email protected] is my email in case you feel like emailing, cheers!
