So im not too sure where to put this.

I was just browsing thru Best Buy today and as i walked in the T.V section a video of coldplay performing Lovers In Japan came on. It was from a stadium gig somewhere, dvd quality. Anyone seen or heard of this?

I've seen this same kind of thing at best buy, but with violet hill.

 

they just play the studio track and edit together some concert footage, if you look closely, the words don't quite match up with his mouth.

i saw this when i was at best buy once. my brother and i were on line for geek squad, and the volume was on very low but i can hear coldplay from a mile away. i started freaking out and going "WHERE IS IT! WHERE IS IT!" cuz i couldnt see the tv. my brother was like WTF is wrong with you?! and i saw it and i pointed at it and jumped up and down going AHHHH!!!

my brothers a little embarassed to be seen with me sometimes =)

They did the same with VLV which made me think that was the official version. I think its so lame to use a live performance as a video...especially a MTV performance where the audience is even lamer.

AHAHA....werent best buy the ones that got ppl access to pre-sale and sound check etc... so its prob like part of the deal or something... if you know what i mean
