in Argentina, they greet each other with kisses on the cheek. Even when you first meet someone. Even between guys. I find it really weird...after a few days I remember to do it, but in the beginning I'm like "wait, I don't know you! GET OFF MY PERSONAL SPACE!" LOL

I guess I'm more "americanized." 'Cause though I'm all for hugs with friends, family, people I know, I find it weird with people I just met...(except coldplayers:P)

 

And yes, lots of people here do the "air kiss," where you kinda do a kiss shape with your mouth, but only your cheeks graze by each other. And then you drink martinis, with your pinkies sticking out, dahlings.:laugh3:

edit: BOOOOO to snow!!! some people have to work tomorrow night, and will have to clean up their car and drive in dirty streets, 'cause at night they dont really bother w/ side streets...and then it'll freeze by the time those people come home at 5am. BOOO! (this job has ruined snow for me :bigcry:; actually having my own car, no dad to clean it snow off has ruin it for me LOL)

I'd love to Christa, really !! it wouldnt be just like a two-week trip.. I'd make it a month or something, and try to see as much as possible. I've always wanted to go there. I even bought a giant map a few years ago that I put on my wall, so when I finally get there, I will just cross off the places I've visited. But as for right now, it wont be possible before two or three years..
