Oh really! I'm not surprised at all it sold out. But Yeay we have nothing to worry about!!! :dance: I'm glad all my stressing and staying up to be able to buy them the minute pre-sale started paid off!!!!:smug:

 

And Chicago was awesome. I didn't really do anything exciting or touristy. It was all about spending quality time with my "second family.":nice: I played lots of Guitar Hero with my friend's kids:lol:, did lots of chatting over cosmos with my friend, who is so great--she's a great listener & being older than me(in her 40s)has such a great perspective that always gives me great advice:nice:. Bad thing is that my sleeping was all fucked up. Slept very little, and not used to the whole sleeping at night/awake during day thing LOL. And then I was stressing out about my flight back on Monday, due to the snow. But it all worked out perfectly, my flight was only 20min off schedule. Monday night at work was hell, though, I was acting like a nut, so sleepy I could barely focus while at the same time very jittery since I drank like 4 cups of coffee(4Xs my normal amnt!!). Now I'm just trying to sleep lots&lots this week to get back to "normal.":D

 

How are you, Sarah...lots of work before spring break?!?!?

I like playing the drums and I pretend I'm Will. :P That's really good that your flight was hardly even delayed that much! We didn't get any snow here (:() but they got a TON downstate! Pretty much all the schools were closed and everything.

 

Yeah, the worst of my homework is over for now. Yesterday I had a huge assignment due but I am SO happy that that is all done and handed in. I just have a couple lesson plans to write and then I am pretty much done with all major assignments until break (which is about a week away!! :dance:)

 

And this weekend I am FINALLY going to go see my boyfriend!! :blush:

hey guys i have a question...i went on U2's site, and saw that all week long they'll be at the Dave Letterman Late Show, and yesterday the mayor of NYC "re-named" 53rd St as U2 WAY. Now I'm thinking...should I go into the city and take a pic of it? I mean when are they going to do that again?!?!:thinking:

 

If it was COLDPLAY AVE or something, no need to think about it twice!:D But though I really do love U2, I'm not a mad-fan...and I'm so lazy to just go into the city to take a pic and come back:uhoh:

 

Also, the show tapes at 4pm I think, and I know people are standing there all day to see if they can get "stand-by" tix to the shows, and I'm sure it'd be cool to go see...and I feel like I'm an idiot for missing an opportunity for something unique when it's doable right in the city...yet, like I said, it's not Coldplay for whom I'd do almost anything LOL.

 

So, hmmm, what should I do?!?

Well, if you have the time to go to Letterman, you definitely should. The line for standby will probably be really long though, so you would have to get there really early. I've heard that a lot of the time they only take just the first couple of people on line. But if you have the time to spend waiting in line then you should go for it! (And you can get the pic of U2 Way when you're there! :P)

 

Oh, and I have a question for you Cooky. Are you going to be here around this time tomorrow? Carla is being my mommy and wants me to log in to her know I got up to Potsdam okay. But if for some reason I can't log in can I call you so you can pass the message along?
