I have a pair of Chucks too, but they're not the high-tops like those are. But they're like yellow plaid with a blue border. They're really cute. :)

I've got the standard black ones and now this.. But I discovered a Converse shop in a nearby town where I normally shop so you'll know where I'll be spending my money at! ;)

I want those Chucks with the English flag on them.. :blush: but I think my bf is gonna slap me in the face when I buy those too.. He bought me this ones tho', I love him.. :D

OMG, soo excited. I've never been to a festival before, and I really can't wait to see MGMT too! :D

Yeah, I did my storytelling lesson this morning. I was soooo nervous, but it actually went really well and my "mentor" teacher filled out an evaluation form for me and she wrote a lot of good things. :nice: She said I was really natural and comfortable with the kids, and that I communicated really well with them. :blush:

So now I'm a little less nervous about teaching in general. :P And I'm doing a collage activity with them on Tuesday, and I'm excited for that! :dance:

So.... how is everyone else? :lol:

so sarah, i am just playing it by ear with the festival. we are 90% sure we are going to be away and if i we dont i will try to get a tix. but it's a long day for a mom and god knows what time us long islanders will get home. coldplay will def close the show so you cant leave until the cuties sing. gotta take me daughter to lacrosse, be back

No, there's not really much a theme, I actually want to keep it as open-ended as possible. Now I just have to spend the weekend finding all kinds of old magazines and newspapers and stuff to use! :lol:

They are however quite expensive and I'm broke at least until the end of April.. So no shoes for me! (and Robin would kick my butt if I'd get them!)
