I just spent the last 15min trying to catch up on what I missed today...damn you guys were talkative:P

Every time I go to work, I have to drag my ass there, but I just tell myself over&over it's all so that I can go to London...and it does help a little! Ok, I know you guys don't want to talk about it, sensitive "long time ago" stuff, but just a little question about the languages thing--so you speak diff languages, but can still understand each other? Read&spoken? What about Slovenian? I only know a handful of words, so its' not like I could understand that much anyway:P, just curious....

Hi Cooky... Well Ill try to explain it to you but Im not sure you'll understand. Most of the words are the same. There are some differences but not that big. Lets say it like this you understand English that they speak in Jamaica but its different. Its hard to explain. And we cant understand Slovenian but not that good as each other.

My favourite part. That's why I was going in medical high school but in the ended up on political studies. :D:D:D:D:D

I think Ill be off guys. I have an exam in 9 hours and I have to wake up in 5 hours to study a bit more... And Ill be home tomorrow so we will talk... Even though it will be weekend so Joe won't be at work... :\

It's nice to meet you! :) They're different languages, but both in the same language family (Slovenian) - meaning that a lot of centuries ago when Slovenians lived somewhere in the Ural mountains (I think :uhoh:) they all spoke the same language, so through history different languages developed, all being quite similar. And about dialects its the same here. Now when Im on uni lots of people dont understand what Im talking about if Im talking in my dialect. :D

Well, I'm already traveling this year...ahem London;)...and my parents always decide their trips with like 1months notice!:dozey: I can't do it that way I gotta plan vacation time w/ work, and save up..sigh. I went with my grandma in 2002. It was sooo nice, meeting all these distant relatives who were so nice to me, even though they didn't speak English and I barely spoke Slovene:lol:. The closest I got to Croatia was dipping my feet in the Adriatic Sea and seeing some land in the distance:P.

It'd work out great, since they usually take 2-3 yrs between albums/tours, gives me enough time to save up! And we could all pick the same gig to go check out...like what is happening with the London shows.<daydreaming>
