Well truth be told Im pissed off. Very very pissed off. There is a strike on my uni, but students are striking. The strike is about free education, and I do support free education but they are blocking lectures and Ill be on uni who knows til when. Its just crazy. Lots of unis in Croatian are striking, and in everyone else's case its just for free education but my uni is specific cause we study politics and lots of people are in some parties and they just want to score points in the party.

 

But how are you, work is I assume great???

Well we could get us in the same mess... Now students are on strike and from 12th May professors go on strike too (government lowered their paychecks). So its one huge mass.

I just went through a mini-panic attack:P. You know that thread "You know you're addicted to Coldplay." Well they need a "You know you're addicted to Coldplaying when...." So the story is that the lights keep randomly going out lately, first every few days, now at least once a day...so the landlord finally called PSE&G(public works) and they came like 10min after I woke up. Then you can hear them working on something, and the lights go out:stunned:. THANK GOD my coffee was ready right before then!!!LOL But then I realized "oh NO i CAN'T GET MY PC ON, no coldplaying with my coffee today:bigcry:." Then I realize--wait my roomie has a laptop! no need for electricity!:idea2: So I sneak into her room, turn on laptop, and DUH....can't connect to internet w/out the modem being plugged in!:dunce:

So, yeah, I'm addicted to coffee, coldplaying, and electricity. I can't wake up w/out any of those!:lol:[/silly story].

hehe noelia we all are adicted to electricity, specially since is what makes home machines work ;)

anyways if it affected just the electricity i don't see why the phone connection for the laptop won't work :thinking:
