That carrot cake is tempting.

Accidentally perfect butter cinnamon muffins:

Mix about 1/2 to 1 cup of whole wheat flour with an egg, add 1/2 stick melted butter, then add sugar (1/2 cup?) and plenty of cinnamon (1-3 tsp+). Next add 1 cap-full vinegar (about 1 tsp.) and mix. Then add a couple of pinches of baking soda (maybe 1/3 tsp.), and mix. If consistency is a thick batter, it's just right. Pour into muffin tins / cups (about half full each). Pop in 350 Fahrenheit oven for a short while (check often, it bakes fast!), and remove when the smell is overpoweringly irresistible:). Cool quickly on stovetop (or in hard snow bank outside door), and gobble delightfully.

Thinking of those muffins makes me hungry.

Fish and chips is only known in the UK, I think.

Fish and Chips Are known as that here some places, if you order the big slab-type cut potato fries with your fish.. There was even a restaurant chain by that name at one time, believe it or not! (No doubt started by some enterprising Brits!):) I prefer them over the French cut fries (crinkle cut), and with mayo or ever tartar sauce is pretty good!

But now I'm trying a Double Chocolate ice-cream bar, ooh, Delicious!
