There is one episode which tells a story of the Saudi Arabian Embassy being taken over by what are portrayed as Islamic terroists trying to derial a deal between the US and UK goverments in giving them nukes. These terroists are asking for the realese of key terror tells held in Saudi goverment. Holding the Saudi Arabian Royal Family as hostage.

 

It later comes out that it was the Mosos mascarading as islamic terroists as they are scared that the Arabs will have too much of a power base in the middle east.

 

Loosely based off the truth. That could mean anything from correct time or correct place or one person's name being correct. In the end unless you can back the major points up with evidence and prove them to be true, otherwise you're believing something that has a good chance of being false. I don't know about you, but i'd like to only believe in facts or something backed up with evidence.

Why would I give a fiction story a chance unless it seems interesting. If it was documentary I'd watch it, but i've learned one thing, something loosely based of the truth is usualy 99.9 fiction. Why base belief on chances like that?

Its not give it a chance... I think there are some youtube channels with it on... you have to piss about a little bit though as the BBC keep taking them off.

I find facts and/or theories backed up by evidence or logic compelling, not fiction propaganda. If it was documented, and i could see what was true, then I'd watch it but I'm not going to believe with out fact or reason or evidence. I don't watch movies to learn unless they are true.

I'm asking is it ok for Russia but not America? I don't deny anything that my nation does, I'm a realist, I accept the bad we do along with the good. Just like I do with every nation.

Of course they are, just like Russia is. There is no right situation. I just dont understand why you ignore the immoral things Russia and nations you like do and just focus on America. You need to understand Russia AND America are almost the exact same. They both want ultimate power and war.

I'm against any empire, be it my own nation or Russia. I think people like your are trading one empire for another, but another empire that is a little worse. It's like trying to pay off debt with debt.

 

My true feeling is that your are pro a Russian empire. You forget the lives and millions of people who have and will suffer from Russia and are very anti-Russia's empire.

 

 

You want a russian empire, pure and simple. But do you not get you'll be getting at the very least the same policies america has, just written in russian. Why not support each nation to be their own independent nation and promote peace.

My sources tell me that Putin is no angel - many ordinary Russians are afraid of him and the government there, saying that it's the old power & authority problem, built up by their new flourishing economy. And it seems historically accurate to characterize any powerful nation-state, empire, or city-state as always wanting more - to make the rest of the world think and behave as it does. But the correct way forward is to allow people the choice, not through armed intervention. Plus, I still think that the rulership of Russia has the aim of using force for extortion, and to try and plant favorable governments in and around its center. Hence, a certain leader of the Ukraine turned a shade of green, as I recall, from dealing with Russia.. Once again, it's Boris and Natasha!:pirate::hair2:
