I will keep my eyes open for the next exchange thread and if I dare I will even take part. If grandma is allowed and can figure out how to do it :lol: I feel old.

but i think that may be having it in january or so will be too near to previous one and must take into account that a lot of us will be busy with exams then.. :\

I know February seems a long way off, but it would appear that a lot of people have exams and we can't let Coldplay come in the way of academic progress!

 

I'll start collecting names in January and give out mix partners as soon as the sign up deadline passes. You can still be thinking about what delights you are going to pass on between now and then.

My long overdue review of Nina's mixtape (Me and Nina exchanged mixtapes because my partner, unfortunately, hasn't yet reviewed mine and nor did Nina's):

 

1. This one is by Bjork, definitely. With her unmissable voice. Lovely song, but can't remember which one it is.

2. Nice opener. Oooh, this one is really lovely. Wonder who it is!

3. I like this quite a bit. I don't' understand it much, but it is French after all! hehe. Great choice.

4. I'm quite enjoying this. It is somewhat different from what I normally listen to, though.

5. Electronic beginning. Ahh, I know this from somewhere! Think I've seen it on the TV couple of times.

6. Aww, Edith Piaf! :nice: This is great! Gah, can't remember the title though. :-/

7. Prospectors Arrive by Jonny Greenwood. :nice: My most favourite off the soundtrack, really.

8. Liking the beginning quite a bit. Hmm, is this in Japanese? Oh, liking this! It's fun! :D

9. Reminds me a bit of old R.E.M. songs hehe. I like it.

10. This one is quite strange. The music and the way the guy's singing hehe. Can't really say I like it. But I could change my opinion with further listens.
