i agree with that, but for that i would choose metal... really is not "that" different (at least to me).

and as there's no Blues option i would put it with Jazz.

(really there are many more genres than we apparently think at first).

all kinds of rock ;)

A lot of stuff I listen to can be considered pop (with elements of rock, alternative, electro), however I'd also say rock, britpop, alternative, indie and electro.
