i've just left school (yay!), and im looking to become a radio DJ or something along those lines (yay!) ...but im not sure where to get started (booo!)

...does anyone here work in radio and/or maybe have some tips for me? :D

Yes, "geg" means jump in, interrupt, that kind of thing (I think).

Do it! Email as many as you can. Not just DJs, any other people who you think might be able to help you also. Ask if they have any jobs going at their station, pester them, let them know who you are, show an interest.
