always before I go to bed

at night cos I'm up at 5.30 every morning and have so many things to do round the house before going to work at 7am

once a week... that's why I buy a lot of parfum :P j/k j/k well usualy on the morning, but if it's too cold I do it on the night.

I see. I only really have a shower at night if I'm really hot and sweaty but not often.

I alternate, I don't have a set pattern of bathing, I feel better about myself for it too.
