Who doesn't go through a Paul is Dead phase? The whole "I buried Paul" at the end of Strawberry Fields Forever is really creepy until you hear the version on Beatles Anthology and realize that he actually said "cranberry sauce"... :P Oh, and at the count-in for Sgt. Peppers when John goes "dying"... Yeah, that stuff can get really eerie!

 

Jonny will forever be yelling "I'm still alive, god damnit!"... :laugh3:

The Talk video is real. Coldplay was actually in a spaceship and all were eaten by a giant robotic alien. However, owing to their massive success as a band, their label was reluctant to lose them, and hired look alikes! That's the real reason they all decided to try different things: they aren't the real Coldplay! They're all buried in Cemeteries of London (well, their memorials are; the real Coldplay would be in a robot's stomach somewhere in outer space). That's the reason they named the record Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends - the look-alikes are living the life, while the band have become friends of death.

Whoa, be careful when starting those hoaxes - if you don't do it carefully, it could get very complex. See, I imagine it'd get a little confusing if you had Chris never being alive, and Chris being an alien, and Chris being a robot (if Coldplay are all robots Chris would be too, right?) Cause he needs to be alive before he can be made into a robot or an alien. Or else there'd be nothing to define what Chris Martin is :p

 

Unless of course Chris Martin is in fact an undead alien robot.

yeah, just like someone said about the :22-:28 margin, there is a considerable amount of, for lack of a better term, more "stuff". i'm thinking about downloading some software and taking the time to watch the entire video in like 1/32 time and just getting it all out there once and for all. To be honest, i really do think it means something. Nothing ground breaking, but i'm sure such a high calibur group did not add random letters and such for no reason.

 

And oh yeah, at around :22, we see the word "head". I'm not sure if the person who posted all the pictures included this, because the pictures did not load for me, but this puts the "initials of everyone who worked on the music video theory" out of the water. I think we should get to the bottom of this!
