I found out today that the Grammy's are being aired on February 8th.

Anybody think Coldplay will be nominated for best album of the year? OR any awards?

For sure! I think it would be massive disspointment if they weren't.

i'd deffinitely be surprised if they didn't :P

they better be up. otherwise the grammy people are morons. the top-selling album of the year (actually, i don't really know if it is or not, but anyway, it's close) by one of the most popular acts in the world today that is also effing AMAZING has to be up.

They'll be nominated for some awards but will they win I don't know. The Grammy's are notorious for not rewarding the artists that truly deserve the award. The Grammy's lost a lot of respect in the previous years for their choice of winners but they're working hard to gain it back.

 

Coldplay should be nominated for Album, Record, Song, Pop/Rock band (whatever category they are put in), Rock/Pop songs of the year (yeah, there is a different category for that) and Brian Eno and the rest should be nominated for Producer of the Year.

I'm sure they'll be nominated, but I sorta doubt they'll win. The grammy's are crap anymore.

I think Viva La Vida is enough better to get some awards! incluiding Best Album!
