I used to feel this way A LOT a few months back, but there's no point thinking this way, is there? *hugs* Take a few hours to relax and just lay in your bed. Close your eyes, put on some relaxing music in the background... imagine yourself in your favourite place. Think of all the people you love... pick up the phone and chat with a few. Go outside for a walk.... cook your favourite meal (or instead get someone to do it for you/order it) and finish off with your favourite ice cream flavor.

 

If none of this helps that you're welcome to shoot me :P be postive though. When the going gets tough.... :)
