Today they also had the Christmas dinner at the caffs at my university. I live at home, but have a bunch of friends in res. So I went with them and got a free meal off them :P (They g X amount of free meals a semester). It was yummy. They got to see how slow an eater I am.

 

And about exams...I love having them before Christmas. That way the thought "I should start doing some studying" doesn't even cross your mind! I've had them both ways and must say I prefer pre-Christmas exams.

 

agggh, i wish i lived at home. and i'm a slow eater like whoa. and i basically never clean my plate. it's horrible.

 

i know what you mean about pre-christmas exams, because knowing that i can't do any work over christmas break even if i WANTED to will be a wonderful feeling. however, i feel so busy right now that i wonder if that feeling will be worth it later. i'm dangerously apathetic towards schoolwork right now, and i feel after a month-long break, i'd be a bit more inspired to actually try again for a bit :P

I know in the past Jenji made one here. I was thinking this year we could do something similar to what I'm doing on my blog.

 

Basically everyday of the week I encourage people to take and post pictures of themselves with friends, pets, themselves, imaginary friends, snowmen, etc. So come Christmas we'll have a big collection of pictures.

 

I might even be able to make some cool looking picture with them all in the shape of a Christmas tree or something.

 

Sound like a good idea to people?

i did not, no, but i enjoyed sending real letters to my friends even after the advent of email. i just love regular mail :wacky:. and christmas :santa:.
