Eyes on the prize ... Gordon Smart presents Coldplay with their award

 

COLDPLAY accepted my 2008 Bizarre Awards Best Rock gong — and immediately let the cat out of the bag by showing it to fans.

 

I handed it to CHRIS MARTIN, GUY BERRYMAN, JONNY BUCKLAND and WILL CHAMPION just before their brilliant O2 show on Tuesday.

 

Chris paraded the award on stage, where comic actor SIMON PEGG joined the the boys on harmonica.
