It also sucks when your boyfriend works at 5 am and you get up with him and stay up. :(

:stunned: But you get to see the sun rise, watch tv unmolested, catch up on your reading, eat snack foods in bed, listen to old records, comb through old photographs, clean your room, write in your journal... and then you suck down a bunch of coffee in the morning and feel kinda funky all day. And when you go to bed, you crashland and have a great sleep! :D But I guess it's not for everyone. At the moment however, I am digging being an insomniac. :cool: Y'know I'm just going with it, but then, I'm not going anywhere. :rolleyes:

I noticed he's been getting popular lately.

INSOMNIA SUCKS!!!!! :angry: I've had it since I can remember, last night was the worst of all. I went to bed at 1:30 and at 4:30 I was still awake. I was KNACKERED but couldn't fall asleep, dammit :rolleyes:

i went to sleep at 5 am....and i had to get up for church...i about died in the sanctuary :( im sleeping all the way ti the beach lol.

yeah... I get Insomnia, too. Since I was very little. :/

 

But, as this thread title speaks a bit about cats, :lol: ... I think we could take a hint from this cat for a short fix for Insomnia.

i suffer from insomnia and its not nice....espesh if uv got skool in the morning and u have 2 try and get up afta about 3 hrs sleep :/ ...not nice at all

Yeah, insomnia sucks!! I've suffered for a short time this year and it was horrible!!! My dad has it from a few years ago... :(

Okay, in all seriousness, there are two things y'all who suffer can do: 1) don't fight it and stay up (cos anything less than three hours of sleep ain't worth it) or 2) take something like Tylenol PM. It knocks me out cold for 8+ hours.

 

Also, if insomnia persists, you might wanna try cutting back on your caffeine intake, especially in the evening. Caffeine is stronger than you might think. *nods sagely*

i am a fellow insomniacer(i doubt that's a word!!! :P ) but i have tried everything for it-sleeping tablet, lavender, rosemary, etc!!! i mean it's 3.45 now!!!! :o
