August 30, 201213 yr Laura Robson beats Kim Clijsters in the second round of the US Open! Well done Laura! What a victory! Commiserations to Kim though. A great personality who will be missed. I watched it. I was at the edge of my seat the whole time. I like Kimmy but I think she's done now. I'd like to see new and young talents do well. They're the future of this sport I love.

September 9, 201213 yr Andy M. has his best chance to win his 1st ever Grand Slam. He's on to the finals while Djokovic and Ferrer are yet to finish their semi-final match. Djokovic really caught a break b/c Ferrer was schooling him before the match was halted. The final will likely be on Monday since I don't think the USTA would have Djokovic play 2 matches of this importance on the same day. It wouldn't be fair at all.

September 10, 201213 yr Andy has taken the 1st set in a tiebreak. 7-6(10). Had so many chances in the set. It could have been very demoralizing to him had he let it slip away. It's very windy at Flushing Meadows and Djokovic isn't too happy about it.
