I watched the entire show just because I was hoping for a possible videomessage of them but I haven't seen the whole category they were nominated for...

it can't be true they won exactly in those minutes when I left the tv :bomb:

 

as i said, it wasn't mentioned.

i guess they either already got the price a few days ago or maybe they'll get a call tomorrow, lol.

It's just a prize given out by the german phono industry, the Grammys and the Brits (esp. the Brits because they are from the UK themselves) are probably way more important to them :)

no I`m kidding they german echo is one of the most unimportant awards in the world! german music is very good...really but they have no chance in the world music industy but the award is shitty! Just a few winner are really good german musicans like "Peter Fox", "Wir sind Helden"...

THE UK IS RULELING THE MUSIC WORLD so my opinion is that the "MTV VMA", "MTV EMA", "the Brits" and "the Grammy`s" are the most important music awards!!!

Yeah Mark, that's exactly what I've thought as well.

Esp. given that they haven't had so much success over here with any single or the album ...

Of course the album did good and so did the single 'VLV' but it wasn't even no. 1 or so?!

The Echo for 'Best International Group/Collaboration' wasn't broadcasted live on TV. I really don't know why they didn't include this category in the live show?!

Even though Coldplay didn't appear, they could have sent a video message.
