It was actually at the ACC last year... I was row 6 (the first 5 were for random selections from the crowd)... They had a soundcheck party before hand... Bestbuy was giving out tickets (to the party) to the first 50 people to request them... and I was lucky enough to be one of them :) It was the best day, ever.

 

The Koolhaus concert was like the summer before I moved to Toronto... I was so dissapointed to have missed that opportunity.

Koolhaus was there for about10 am and was mabe the 5th or 6th in line.

Just too bad Rogers Centre doesnt have a Loblaws down the stree to help you get through your day.

Ya, it was AMAZING. They played Warning Sign for us... I was the most beautiful version of that song I have heard in my life. Chris' voice was so soft and perfect through it. They also started to play Everything's Not Lost (at which point I had a major heart attack from surprise and excitement) but Chris wasn't happy with the way it was coming out... and shut the song down before it barely started in true Chris fashion, haha.

Instead of choosing Floor row B, it is better to choose section 132...

it's better than any of the floor seats left (B)... especially if your girlfriend isn't very tall.

Ok, so many of you have been wondering 'how far back am I if I'm in section (floors). I did some comparisons of the football layout to the coldplay layout and this is what I got:

 

For reference purposes I'm using the Argos field.

 

The front of the stage is located around the 30 yard line.

The GA Area extends about 20 yards from the stage. (60 Ft, 18.3M)

This leaves floor A's 20-50 yards away. (60ft-150ft, 18.3M-45.7M)

Floor B's will be 50-100 yards away. (150ft-300ft, 45.7M-91.4M)

oh it's cool, i'm just a stickler for accuracy :P your post actually makes me feel a lot better, since 50 meters is not really far at all, it's like, 1/2 the length of a 100 meter dash.

Probably an easier way to look at it, which I've posted on this thread before, is that the stage appears to be the same as it was last time they were here (two catwalks) which, according to the seating chart would place the end of the general admission around the row 13 mark (in a normal seated venue), which means that the first row in section A would be roughly around where row 14 would actually be. So just do the math from there...

Any good pre-sale tickets still available somewhere ?? I don't want to wait til Monday and I couldn't make it yesterday:angry:

Haha Amazing. Guy looks like he's the smallest, I went to go see them at Much on Demand last year but they left right away after the interview, I was really hoping I could get a picture or handshake, just something!

I got two GA Floors from the argos asale and two reserved floors in row 10. Gonna sell the GA Floors and just gonna get three people to give me 15 dollars each for the argos tickets. I am hoping to get 300 a ticket for the floor seats. Shouldn't be too hard once the paranoia of trying to get seats after monday starts.

o gosh i got section B3 :( and there bad seats?? im 5'4 i hope i get to see , i'll bring a pair of high heels !!

The floors for this concert are a huge area and I think the back rows of the B sections are gonna be a tough time seeing the stage for anyone under like 5'10. Personally, i am 6'2 so I should be able to see wherever. Being tall has it's perks.
