the english test was on matching quotes to characters in julius caeser. i read it, i liked it, but theres SO MANY CHARACTERS. how am i supposed to remember the 4975349539485 names?? and most of them start with L or C or V.

OK dumping.

dumping is when people are taken into the ER, but they dont have a home or proper medical insurance, so they are LITERALLY dumped on the curb.. even if theyre not healthy. theres even been people that have been found with IVs still in their arms, and usually they still have the robes on.
