Someone posted the name in the Brits thread - I can't remember who it is, but it's definately not Delacroix, although it's very similar in style...

Merci!! In fact the brush stroke is different ... In eglish it's called "The Battle for the Town Hall", 28 July 1830, and I read it's located in Paris, Musée du Petit Palais ...
