Just watched the 3rd video for the first time... I like the song! :wacky: and it makes me wanna go to the street and post a "was it you?" sign :P

I'll watch it more carefully when I'm done with my tons of homework :shifty:...

but so far this is the only thing I've seen that connects the 3 videos:

they are all fucking crazy!

I'm off to start doing homework :dozey:

edit: AHA! Good girls! Was just about to say...i thought i saw that pic of them and we needed a screen shot of it :D

It seems the connection demon has disappeared

@Caterina: MIT is in this pic from their website

I'm at work and my coordinator is right.next.to.me :bomb: so I guess I won't see this vid until tonight :P

At the last part of the video I wrote down something it said. all i got was "Magnetoriception".

Here's the definition:

is the ability to detect a magnetic field to perceive direction, altitude or location. This sense plays a role in the navigational abilities of several animal species and has been postulated as a method for animals to develop regional maps.

Magnetoception is most commonly observed in birds, where sensing of the Earth's magnetic field is important to the navigational abilities during migration; it has also been observed in many other animals including fruit flies, honeybees, turtles, bacteria, fungi, lobsters, sharks and stingrays.

so...no spiders?

hmmm

Hey guys!

Just watched the 3rd vid, was gonna post that screenshot of Guy & Jonas, but you beat me to it! :P

Here it is anyway:

They just HAVE to pixelate every damn thing, don't they?

Anyway, on the "mind control" pic Denise posted up there, below MIT there's a name, Ute Meta Bauer.

When I Googled it a while back, didn't know why they put it...I still don't, believe it or not!

Just thought I'd bug your minds with this mystery.

Last thing before I go (college tomorrow, gotta go to sleep!), also on the "mind control" pic, at the bottom left there's a "Roadie Arild".

I think this is the one they're talking about, since his name is placed below Copenhagne (dunno if they misspelt it, or they wrote it that way on purpose!), & Arild's page says that he's based in Denmark, Copenhagen as well, it also says he's worked with A-HA, Mew & other bands.

But of course I have no idea what has he done for Apparatjik!

Keep mind-wanking over that "mind control" pic, there're more linkies but I have no time to post 'em now.

G'night!

I'm actually not especially liking the music in video #3 - I could take it or leave it. It was definitely the easiest on the eyes to watch so far though :D

I've been working on building a forum for the website, just to see what it would look like...

I know we've got the facebook group, which is great, but it's kinda restrictive cos we can't post pics, smilies, proper links etc. And this place is great, but kinda hard to keep track of things/news and stuff. Plus, I'll bet it's a nightmare for newbies..

So, what do you chicks think about a proper Apparatjik forum..? Good idea? Bad? Would anyone make use of it or have we got enough to keep track of as it is..? ;)

I like your idea of an Apparatjik forum. I'm up for it! ;)

I'm up for it. I think things would be better organised and it would be easier to search and comment the news (even tough there is already the bootiful website you created for this purpose ), also there could be people not on facebook who might be interested.

I'm aware it's not gonna have too much discussion, but it's worth trying and if it doesn't work we can go back to what we have now..all of this only if the forum doesn't cost you anything :)

Can I be responsible for the media thingies? :P

Ohhhh, a forum would be a great addition Paula!! :wideeyed: I know in here it's VERY easy for a few of us to go off topic :curtain: and even though the facebook group has been helpful for our little projects, it's a bit more impersonal (and the internet is already pretty impersonal to begin with!)

As Denise said we could give it a try, see how it moves along. I think it would particularly be of great use to newbies or non coldplayers, as this particular thread can be really confusing

Oh and if you need any help with it, let me know!

I like the idea too, apparata-cle! I'd be glad to join and be able to discuss Apparatjik in a more organized kind of way. It's so hard to find info and discussion in this thread after over 200 pages :D

I'd be glad to help compile info or whatever would be helpful!

The forum idea is nice :nice:, it will be a more organized and easier way for the new people to find everything about them :D

I'd be happy to help you if yo need anything ;)

I know in here it's VERY easy for a few of us to go off topic :curtain: :

But we never go off topic... *cough*by the way, I hate that ocesa hasn't released the stupid prices yet! :inquisitive: qué se creen?! *cough* [/off-topic rant][/spanglish :shame:]

Yes, as I said... we never go off topic :laugh3:

Oh wow..! :o Glad you are all up for it...:) I expected everyone to say...Nah, I've got enough logins to remember as it is thanks ;)

So..anyway here's the link - it's all created, ready to go and that, it's just not in the navigation links yet...

:D

Can I be responsible for the media thingies? :P

YES! please :) most definately

And thanks to everyone for offers of help :D As it's a public forum, of course you are all free to create threads and post whatever you like. Help me fatten this baby up a bit ;)

I've started a few basic threads but please create whatever you think we need. Let me know if we need any other sub-forums.

Enjoy!

OMG Paula! I never thought you'd add it this fast! :stunned:
