OK and OMG!!! I guarantee that Coldplay or Chris Martin are ever gonna collaborate with Miley!! Also being in America, she is thown in our faces everyday on the TV, and she happens to be dating a 20 something guy who, works for her Father and MOM AND DAD approves of it. I honestly think that Radiohead were in the wrong in this situation. They couldn't take 5 minutes to meet a fan? And in that interview she got misquoted. She said "I'm going to ruin them, just kidding, just kidding." but whenever people quote her, they leave out the "just kidding"

 

And after that, Thom Yorke said something insulting back at her. Seriously how pathetic do you have to be to try and argue with a 16 year old?

 

Radiohead doesn't do meeting fans... a special meeting wasn't arranged between Chris and Thom when they met, Chris bumped into him at an awards show. I mean Miley's crew said "oh she's a really big fan kinda obsessive" and stuff and they just said "no, we don't do that". I don't think it would have killed them to try and be a bit more accomodating, sure, but Thom was right when he said "sorry if we offended anyone by saying nothing". That wasn't a direct "insult" at Miley, that was also directed at Kanye West who got a bit uppity at not meeting them. Seems like someone needs education!

In any case, there's not a thing to worry about on the Coldplay/Miley front, I'm sure. Chris just got over thinking Coldplay's music is shit; no need to regress. :laugh3: And Chris is too nice to come out and say "Hell no, I don't want to work with that brat," so he just says he likes her show and throws out some vague comment about working with people who have a sound dissimilar to Coldplay's. No biggie; all is well. :)

I agree that Miley behaved poorly, thinking she owns the world and everyone loves to meet her.

 

But at the same time I agree with you, Thom Yorke is a major asshole. I still love the guy and will still listen avidly to his music, but it's pretty hard to not see that the man is a cocky, arrogant jerk. Yet somehow we all still love him.;)
