It's versatile - you can slice it, crumble it, grate it, eat it in lumps. You can grill it, bake it, fry it, melt it, sprinkle it on salads or put it in sandwiches.

 

It comes in many different forms - hard, soft, full-fat, low-fat, processed, as curds or 'cottage'.

 

It's very nutritious, packed with protein, great news for veggies like me!

 

It's cheap and goes a long way.

 

It's your original convenience food.

 

It's freely available in all shops.

 

It's YUMMY!!!! :D

i like cheddar cheese (mild and medium), brick, muenster, fresh mozzarella, gouda, smoked gouda, asiago, parmesan cheese (preferably aged), manchego, goat, colby jack, monterrey jack, chihuahua, queso blanco, queso de telita, queso de mano (MMMMMMMM!!!!), queso guayanes, suero, cottage cheese, farmer's cheese, velveeta, pecorino, brie (but just a little bit of it at a time), feta, saganaki, ricotta, cream cheese, fontina, havarti, mascarpone, paneer, provolone, edam
