TORONTO SHOW POSTPONED DUE TO POWER OUTAGES [16-08-2003]

 

Due to power outages and the state of emergency that has been declated by the premier of Ontario, Radiohead's sold out performance at the Molson Amphitheatre in Toronto today has been postponed until further notice.

 

Ticket holders are encouraged to keep their tickets until a rescheduled date can be confirmed. Expect a new date within the next week to ten days. [thanks Don, Bianca, Bethany, Graham, Geoff & Dan

i actually went to a radiohead show that got canceled (not postponed) so poo on you. :P

because it wasn't canceled until everybody was in there and waiting for the opening band to take the stage, and the lord's thunderstorm of the century came by. then we got about 4 inches of rain in two hours, the stage sunk a foot into the ground, there was massive flooding, lightning set a tree on fire 500 yards from the grounds, and they eventually told us all to go home. :D

Turns out I was wrong it's not going to be rescheduled for the next 10 days they will announce in the next 10 days when it will be, so it looks like Dr.Phil isn't gonna be able to see them :( Feel sorry for the guy, he battled SARS to get here and then this shit happens :rolleyes:

well i can give you a review of how it was seeing as i'm going to see them sunday :P
